On 09/24/2024, a fork of YimMenu I made back in early 2022 received a GitHub DMCA takedown from R$ & TAKE2, under the caim that it contains leaked source code from Dec. 2023.
How does that work? Beats me, I sadly don't have a time machine.
It would seem that they're angry since YimMenu bypassed their piss poor BattleEye implementation in the first day of its release, and are going after all of the forks and reuploads.
